SPCC 54 Last Card As A SPCC Diva

Is it really Monday already? Where did the weekend go? We went to the beach on Saturday and the kids had a blast. I'm still worn out from being in the sun all day. I hope you had a fab weekend.

For my card I used Maddie from the stamp set Zeke and Maddie by StampInsanity. I colored her in with Copics. This was my first attempt at a round card. Next time I will need to use a smaller image or just a sentiment.

SPCC was my first DT and I will be forever grateful to Samantha. She must have seen something in me because she chose me before I owned any Copics and my water coloring skills were/are below par. Not saying my Copic skills are all that but I know they are better then my water coloring skills. Sadly I needed to let my term end. Samantha has a lot of new and exciting things going on, so I hope you head over to her blog and check them out. FHFSC 3 and SPCC 52

Good morning, today I am sharing a card that I made for a few of my DT responsibilities. I combined Friends Having Fun Sketch #3 with the color combo at SPCC #52. The adorable image is from another DT, Di's Digi Downloads. Wow, that's 3 DT's on one card. I usually separate my DT responsibilities but I haven't been feeling well for about a month. This was the best way to for me to keep up with my duties.

I'm back with another card. This one is for SPCC #48. These colors made me think of summer so I used this Miss Anya. I used the sketch from Friends Having Fun. My card is in need of a sentiment but I thought I would wait until I needed it to put the sentiment on it.

SPCC 44 Thank You Beary Much

Good Morning blogland, this is my first post of the morning. I will be posting my Friends Having Fun Recipe Challenge card in a bit. This card was made for SPCC Challenge 44.

This adorable image was a freebie from Karen's Doodles. I have had this image sitting in a folder for a while. I decided he would be perfect for this color combo. I may make a few cards like this to make a gift set for my daughter's teacher. I can't believe my kids only have a month left of school, then they will be on summer vacation. Joy, lol!

SPCC 42 Butterfly Wishes

Here's a quick card I put together for SPCC #42, I had envisioned this being more elegant then it turned out. I love this butterfly die, even after making those centerpieces with it. I thought I was going to not want to look at another butterfly after making hundreds of then, but no I still love using this die. Not much to share about this card, other than my arm was still pretty messed up when I made this. Can you see how I couldn't get a clean impression with the sentiment. I took 3 tries to get it this good. I'm happy to say my arm is feeling so much better. I am about 95% healed.

Here's a card I made the day before I fractured my arm. This card is for SPCC #38. Since I didn't have copics to match these colors I decided to keep it simple and use some SU stamps. Hello, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Today I am showing you a card I made for SPCC 36. This is not a color combo I would usually use but I love the way Tilda turned out. When I first saw these Magnolia stamps I didn't care to much for them. Then I saw the way Mindy and April use them and now I think I need to get some. SPCC 30 Hippie Anya

I made this card for SPCC 30. I used Hippie Anya from The Greeting Farm. I colored her in with my Copics (I was lucky to have colors that matched). I didn't have any DP in these colors so I decided to use a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The card stock and ribbon are both SU. I decided to not put a sentiment and wait till I use it.
