A quick post to let you know that Suzi is starting up a new challenge blog called Desert Islands Crafts Challenges. She is currently on the hunt for DT members, so if you are interested I recommend you check it out because the deadline to apply is Jan 24th with the first Challenge on Feb. 1st. Do you fancy a new challenge? How about picking your Desert Island Itinerary, a list of items, techniques and colours you'd want to have available on your perfect Desert Island Project. Sound like fun?
"Every 2 Weeks you'll be challenged to create a project using the items listed on that week's Desert Island Itinerary.
Each Desert Island Itinerary will have 10 items/techniques/colours. Of which you must use atleast 3.
A New Challenge will be posted on the 1st & 15th of each month.
The Prize, one participant picked by Random.org will get to choose their Desert Island Itinerary for a forthcoming challenge.
You are welcome to use any companies products & images as long as you link back to your source."
But What is a Challenge Blog without a Design Team, you've got to have some Eye Candy and Inspiration.
Do you want to be on DIsC DT? Do you have an Active Blog? Time to create 1 or 2 projects a month? If the answer to all these questions is Yes, then email me your details, with a couple of examples of your work, and a little about yourself. The Design Team Call is open to anyone, anywhere in the world, and will close at MidnightGMT on 24th January 2011.
I will announce the DT on the 26th January, and we'll have our first challenge on the 1st February 2011.
Sounds like fun, can't wait to see what the first challenge will be.
